First: Definitions of Terms
In this Policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated.
"App", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the "Jood" application and the Jude Cloud Foundation
"User", "you" or "addressee's proprietary pronoun" refers to every person who visits or uses the Application in any way, whether they are a delivery person, customer or otherwise.
"The Merchant" is the one who performs the special orders in the customer and verifies the authenticity of the special products for each product and delivers them to the delivery representative. 
"Courier" is any person who delivers from stores, delivers parcels or delivers consignments between cities at the request of the customer.
"Customer" refers to each person who requests the Rep for delivery services or requests the Application for shipping card services.
"Recharge Cards" refers to the recharge services available through the application through which the customer chooses the appropriate recharge card for him and then sends a message with a card number to recharge his balance automatically and pay for it electronically.
"Policy" or "Privacy Policy" refers to this document and its terms and conditions.
"Data" refers to the User's personal and usage data.
"Personal Data" refers to all personally identifiable data of the User, such as name, date of birth, nationality, address, email, mobile number, bank account and other data related to the User.
"Usage Data" refers to all non-personal data about your use of the Internet, such as that relating to your computer, mobile phone, or your activities or transactions through the App.
Second: Data We Collect About You
We may collect, use and process the following data about you:
(1) The data you provide to us when you register through the application, including but not limited to name, mobile number, e-mail and other data.
(2) The data that you may provide to us during the provision of the services or at any time, which includes but is not limited to nationality, address, bank account number, credit card number or other data that we may request from you, or your location data and GPS operation.
(3) Data that you provide to us when reporting a problem related to the use of the application or with one of the parties to the agreement (delivery representative, customer).
(4) Personal data that you provide to us during your request for recharge card services such as mobile number and electronic payment data.
(5) The electronic payment data of the courier necessary to pay the commissions due to us.
(6) Personal data that you provide to us during the promotion of services or shipping cards and the submission of offers through the application.
(7) The data you provide to us when a problem occurs related to the electronic payment process for the amounts due from you, or the commission due to us.
(8) The data you provide to us when you contact us or when you contact our technical support.
(9) The data that we deem necessary to verify your identity or to verify the validity and legality of any operations you carry out through the application, including a copy of your passport, or a copy of your national identity.
(10) We keep all data related to your transactions or activities that you carry out through the application.
(11) We keep the data you have provided to us when you answer questions or questionnaires through the application.
(12) You know and acknowledge with consent that we may collect your data in our electronic or paper records as we deem appropriate.
Third: Cookies (Cookie Policy)
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device as soon as you visit the application, and they do not appear as software and do not carry viruses or spyware technologies at all, and these cookies are used for the following purposes:

(5) To enable the customer to pay the value of the recharge cards he requests through the application.
(6) To receive and respond to questions, complaints and inquiries from you.
(7) To receive and respond to your comments and evaluation of the service you received through our application.
(8) To process your answers to the questionnaires offered through the application and to which you participated in answering.
(9) To provide you with information about the services and recharge cards you request through our application.
(10) To provide you with information about services and shipping cards that we think are of interest to you, including our offers.
(11) For internal business purposes such as improving our services.
(12) To personalize the content, recommendations and advertisements that we and third parties provide to you, whether on the Services or anywhere else on the Internet.
(13) To administer and process contests and promotions.
(14) To contact you about government communications and, in our sole discretion, regarding changes to our privacy policy, terms of use or any of our other policy.
(15) To comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
(16) For the purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(17) We use your data for the purposes of implementing our terms and conditions and paying the amounts due from you.
(18) We use your data to solve problems and prevent illegal activities including fraud and hacking.
(19) We use your data to provide you with everything new about our services, modify or improve them, including communicating with you electronically via e-mails or by phone by calling your phone number.
Fifth: Application guarantees to protect user data
(1) The application undertakes to keep your personal or banking data for the period required by the nature of the transaction you carry out through the application.
(2) The application undertakes not to deal with your personal data for unauthorized or permitted purposes with or free of charge with any other party unless this is required by us or authorized by the relevant regulations and instructions, or with the prior written consent of the user to whom the information relates.
(3) The application undertakes to maintain records containing the user's personal data or any records of electronic communications, which are in our custody or under our control or with our agents or employees.
(4) The Application undertakes to take reasonable steps to ensure that the User's personal data and related records are protected in a security manner commensurate with their importance.
(5) We pledge to protect your privacy at all times, and that we will never sell your personal data, or allow it to be traded with others.
Sixth: Sharing your data
(1) You know and agree that the Internet is not a secure medium, and that the confidentiality of your personal data cannot be fully guaranteed.
(2) For our part, we undertake within the limits permitted by law not to disclose or use your confidential data in a manner that contradicts your right to privacy.
(3) You grant us the right to allow our employees to handle your personal data within the limits of providing services.
(4) We may disclose personal data to any member of our group, which means our branches and institutions.
(5) We may disclose personal data to third parties:
* If we sell the app or any of our assets, we will disclose your data to the new buyer.
* If we are required to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or any other agreement.
* In the event of a court ruling or a decision by the competent judicial authorities obliging us to do so.
* If we are required to disclose or share your personal data in order to protect the rights, property or safety of the "Jood" application, our employees, customers or third parties.
* This disclosure includes exchanging data with companies and other entities to protect against credit risk and fraud.
Seventh: Obligations of the customer and the delivery representative
(1) The parties to this agreement are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of their personal data, and acknowledge and at their own risk that the disclosure of any of them about the personal data of the other party is at his own risk without any intervention from us, and without any responsibility on us.
(2) The parties are obligated not to disclose any personal data during the use of the messaging feature within the application, and they are personally responsible for any such disclosure.
(3) The parties undertake to keep the confidentiality of the application and shall be held accountable to each of them against us for any breach of confidentiality of the application and its operations.
(4) You are obligated to refrain from disclosing any data related to the operation of the application to third parties, whether for a fee or without consideration.
(5) You are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data related to the details of transactions through the application, and not to use them in any way, and you are contractually and legally responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of this data.
(6) You acknowledge to avoid following any means that would help to collect data about other users, including e-mail, mobile numbers and other means of communication for them.
Eighth: Amendments
(1) The application has the right at any time to amend this policy with its terms, conditions and practices, and we are not obliged to notify you of the new amendments, so you should follow the "Privacy Policy" page to see its updates.
(2) Your continued use of the application means that you agree to the modifications and updates we have made.
Fifth: Application guarantees to protect user data
